Going up?

The EVEREST series from Wheelscience.  We set out to build a truly world class climbing wheel.  As we went through the research process and talked to riders, we discovered that super light and super fragile were not what they wanted.  It is no good having a wheel so light you can’t ride it in all conditions and so expensive only 1% of riders can afford it.

As a result of this research we change our process to deliver the wheel in two configurations.

We ended up with two identically shaped rims.  One made with T800 carbon and one with T700.  Both with ceramic fibre brake inlays and both using our unique layup giving the ability to raise the spoke tensions. This offers you the rider, the ability to make a choice that matches your budget and aspirations.  The Everest series are so robust we have riders using them for Crit racing!  All that, and we can deliver a wheels weighing only 1167grams, with a rider rating of 125kgs.

We have matched the ELEMENTAL™ hub to the wheels as standard, with a combined weight of only 292 grams.

For those who like the big brands we can also swap in DT Swiss 240s or even Chris King (If you have to have the best of the best) although these carry a slight weight disadvantage to our own hubs.
